1 Cup Milk
4-5 Tsp Flour
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Small Cheese, Mild Cheddar
Add 1/4 cup of milk and flour to pan
Using whisk mix in flour
Add in remaining milk and bring to boil
Remove from heat and add cut up cheese
Continue to blend until all cheese is melted and smooth
